What people ask before signing
Do you cover anywhere in the country?
Yes. Service is nationwide and installation can be done at your yard or your headquarters. For fleets, the technician goes to the asset rather than the asset coming to us.
Does it work on farm machinery out in the middle of a field?
It does. Where there is carrier signal, data is sent immediately. In areas with no coverage the unit records the route and the operating hours and uploads everything as soon as it reconnects, so no data is lost.
Does installation void the vehicle or machine warranty?
No. Installation uses dedicated connectors, without cutting the original wiring. It is the same procedure accepted by dealerships and machinery distributors.
Can I give access to only some employees?
Yes. The platform works with separate user accounts, so a manager can see the whole fleet while a supervisor sees only the assets on their team.
Do I get automatic reports?
You do. You can schedule driver-hours, speed and engine-hour reports by e-mail, as often as you decide.
What if a thief finds and cuts the tracker?
The unit is installed out of sight and has a backup battery. If power is cut, the monitoring center gets an immediate alert and the tracker keeps transmitting for several hours.
